Re: Do You Warm-Up Your Car In Cold Weather? Don't Do It!I also follow the "let it warm up for about 10 secs" method. My car idles at 2,000 rpms when i start it up and then slowly drops down. Once it reaches 1,500 rpms, I go. This way I know I'm not driving off immediately and it's less of an rpm drop when I shift into drive. |
