But then, I doubt ATT would pursue it. If they did, they'd have to provide technical details on just how much usage caused how much disruption. If ATT had problems with a small percentage of users watching Doctor Zhivago in HD on their phones from noon 'till 12:15, that could be too embarrassing to admit

If anything, each phone might use 100kbit to 1mbit of bandwidth, and then what, that should make the network drop or lag, especialy since AT&T has a backbone of its own already. |
