If driver is exceeding the speed limit for that location police computer automatically downloads a ticket to required automatic ticket printer installed in dashboard. Driver is identified by RFID embedded in drivers license. A COP in every car.

A bit tight... but the RFID thing is right have one in my WA State drivers licenses now that Border Control can read. Part of the Real ID program. Though automatic ticket printers are probably a ways off.

While it's a little far off and out-reaching, at the moment, to be honest, we've seen other technology used, or I should say, abused by the government before... it may sound far fetched now, but who's to say that it won't wind up going that way in the future?
.. think about it... cell phones are already being manipulated in the name of "law enforcement".... who's to say that on-board internet + GPS couldn't be "registered" to the car so that speeding could be tracked... they're already using the small data record in the car at accidents to see if you're speeding.. some states want to charge you gas tax by the mile at the pump..
.. there is something to be said about the tinfoil hat as a possible thing to come.

Um.... every GPS unit I have has been dead on for speed limits.. how do you think it knows how to calculate your driving time? .. it adjusts as you drive, it knows the time it takes to get there.
My Garmin knows speed limits and even warns me when I'm going over the "last known" speed limit for the major roads I'm on...
