| looking for anonymous dialup ISP Can anyone help with this please? I’m looking for a dialup ISP I can connect to anywhere I might be in the world, particularly from places where there are no wireless connections but where I can find a phone line. I don’t want to register or subscribe but the ISP can be in any country just so long as it can be dialled from whichever other country I happen to be in at the time. So, just one ISP for wherever I am. I’m happy to pay call charges, I can usually have some arrangement which keeps these to a minimum. Would this be possible, anyone know?

| Think I’ve got what you need. I travel regularly to parts of both the US and Russia where there are no wireless points. Ive got a dial up account with an ISP which allows me to connect from any country if there’s a landline available. I only pay the cost of the call. I don’t use it for surfing as it’s only a standard dialup 56k connection but it’s perfectly good for basic stuff like checking emails etc etc. If anyone wants the details just get in touch and I'll pass them on to you. I can also give details of how to set up the connection on windows XP and put an icon on the desktop. You don’t need to use a dialer, just the usual windows ”create a new connection” setup.
