JD @rshipbroadband.com | reply to Skybeam
Re: Partnership Broadband Skybeam, Thanks that would be helpful..like i said i have a 30ft pole now, so I'm sure i could get service through ya'll, my only thing is i have to pay a 250 cancellation fee, then another 250 for ya'll to install the equipment, plus the first month, i cant afford to do that, if there was a way for ya'll to waive the install fee like partnership did when i got they're service, then i could probably do it, also, how would ya'll perform a test using my pole without interrupting my current service |

 | reply to Skybeam Can you tell me if Skybeam will be available between Ponder and Justin, TX any time in the near future? |
|
 | reply to xxjamesxxc Will Skybeam ever have service around Sadler, TX? People over here are very limited to what isp you can get if you live out of the city limits. |

RE Sadler: We are constantly expanding and will be moving in that direction soon. However I do no have a timeframe. If you like, please register an account and message me your information so that I can reach you when we are able to service you. |

 | reply to xxjamesxxc xxjamesxxc,
Our service in Sadler should be fully capable to handle the gaming you are wanting to play. If we have tested the system and were unsuccessful in installing service, I could recommend a few quality providers in the area outside of Sadler. -- Partnership Broadband |

 | reply to xxjamesxxc I live in Sadler and have partnership and can honestly say it is HORRIBLE! We pay for 2mb download speed and 1mb upload speed. Majority of the time we get .3mb download! It is ridiculous, especially for gaming! We have called customer service only to be put on hold for over an hour and 15 minutes (seriously.. dialed number, and automated system told us we were only 2 callers from being assisted. We watched the almost the full show of american Idol, drove and ATE at La Hacienda while still waiting for someone to pick up the phone, and after all that received NO help). I have emailed for assistance, person I e-mail marked the status of my help as COMPLETED by only asking my address. If I had any other choice, I would not get this provider as I feel like I am being cheated by not getting what we are paying for. We are speaking to management tomorrow about the issues we are having. Completely unacceptable. |

 | reply to xxjamesxxc I live in north Texas and I use partnership. It has to be one of the worst isp's anywhere. When it's online, the speed is 1/4 the advertised speed for your package, and yes tech support is useless. If you can find anyone else to use I would, I'm looking now |
