Re: Ford? Ford makes great cars ... they are just not sold in the US unfortunately. The Focus ST, Mondeo, S-Max, with bunch of great reliable and efficient diesel engines (except the ST which has a Volvo Turbo monster). They cost more money because they are built much better with higher quality materials, but the european consumer has leaned to appreciate the overall value of a well engineered and built vehicle.
In the US most car shoppers look at car commercials, cup holders and stereos ... that's why we get CRAPOLA here.
Edit: Thank god we are at least getting the Fiesta, but no 60 mpg diesel engine. It totally kills Prius on the fuel economy. |

If foreign investors were smart enough they would develop a way to get the diesel engine in the festiva and sell it to the U.S. market. Keep in mind looking at the fuel economy of course. -- If you have a topic in the direct forum please reply to it or a post of mine, I get a notification when you do this. Koetting Ford, Granite City, illinois... YOU'RE FIRED!!

You disagree with Ford I assume for not brining the engine, not me. Check out this link: »jalopnik.com/397712/diesel-ford-···-625-mpg
