| New to iinet sofar so good Originaly I was with TPG which was really trouble, because they mislead you and trick you allot.
I am with iinet now for three months I could not ask any better they offered a discount for the setup and equipment if I sign for 24 months if I leave early I only pay the discount I got from them, I can upgrade for free but downgrade will only coast around $20.
Their customer service is really good and prompt.
With TPG I even tried their VOIP service using their softphone they charged me $20 automatically, then every call will be disconnected after 20 sec, I reported to them could not do anything about it the remaining $10 they kept it when I left them. TPG was really shocking. |
