If there is no need to tunnle your isp through ipv6, then this thread is null.
If you're ISP does not use/support ipv6, then there are options to get ipv6 via tunnleing via teredo from microsoft but one needs to sign up with a tunnle program like 6tobone, or hurricane electric which allows one to sign up freely to tunnle through useing ipv6.
Once tunneld, one can have access to ipv6 sites.
