Couch change is right....
They forgot to tell you that it is YOUR couch the money is coming from.
And maybe a little from your wallet in addition to the couch
D3 may cost cost couch change but it won't do much good on the cable systems that are 750 MHz or less. Upgrading those systems is probably what's really costly to Comcast.

I have 50/10 service and can get that
At 2 AM I got over 50 Mbps down, 12 Mbps up.
Right now (7 AM) I'm getting 12 Mbps down, and 0 up (all transfers are forever stuck after transferring 144K, so the uplink speedtest.comcast.net test never shows a result.)
