How can you even expect someone to troubleshoot audio issues when you can't even unhook your system? Maybe there is a problem with your Denon. Ever cross your mind?
Reason why I don't go to dsl has been spelled out several times in my review. As for unhooking my Denon I did on the first round of Comcast network interfering with signals and is what the letter I posted from the FCC is all about.
I have a pingplot graph with the noise spike across the board at the same time my Denon went whacky that shows it is a Comcast issue. See my images posted above.
Further more I had disconnected everything the 2nd round and systematically tested my speaker wires and other various components that connected to it. So I know for a fact it was Comcast signal
Just because I don't put everything down here doesn't mean I haven't investigated other possibilities. The BottomLine is COMCAST SERVICE SUCKS...PERIOD and thats my experience. -- »www.freedombuild.net »www.freedom-builders.biz
Don't give up yet, there are some heavy hitters taking a good look. That is a heavy MDU node which doesn't help so the plant is going to be gone through with a fine tooth comb. Trust me when I say that Comcast does care about every single person as they don't eat if you don't pay!
Well we isolated the distorted intermittent 'Tin man underwater' aka robotic sound...Apparently it was my TV (Unrelated to the Denon issue). With all the internet issues aka Comcast Network. I assumed it was a straight Comcast problem and I didn't have another TV to check. Techs came out today with one. When the distorted sound happened. It was only on mine. So I have to recant my statements on that issue. -- »www.freedombuild.net »www.freedom-builders.biz
