Comcast Speed Upgrades Zipping Right Along → Another year for 20%

Why is it gonna take a whole nother year to do the last 20%. Its not like they're rolling out U-Verse. They did like 60% this year didn't they? My area has already been upgraded, so I'm just curious not furious.
