Re: Jail time plus massive fines I still tend to think this is a problem that cropped up naturally that they took advantage of, rather than a problem they created from whole cloth...If that's true, a State AG or class action lawyer could push the case from a "failure to act" perspective....which would be documented by any customers they found who continued to have problems after it first came to light (last summer, in Cleveland papers).... |
