And cellphone makers won't fight hard against this insanity because they can use the warnings in court as proof of their lack of liability if they ever get sued by people with brain cancer.
A better example is smoking. We know that smoking is bad and can slowly kill you. At the very least, almost every smoker I know smells like something you would find in a toilet 
. But, MANY people do it anyways.
