SB6120 & WRTU54G-TM won't workI need help I just updated to a new SB6120 modem and plugged my TMobile router back into it and it won't access the internet. I have rebooted the modem the router the computer. Still no connection to the internet. If I plug the computer directly to the modem it gets on line lo problem. Any suggestion?

CAN you access the config page of the router? Is it set for DCHP? Did you previously have it working on comcast with a different modem? Have you rechecked that the patch cords (ethernet cables) are good? and properly connected to the correct ports? |

make sure when you powercycle is everything power off, power modem first get online light solid green then power up the router last thing boot up pc, give time to load. that normally will reset the ip from modem to router and then pc. if not work login the router make sure its not getting ip 0.0.0.0 that router issue. sometimes need to purge doing reset to factory setting on router, then p/c again. if same issue call router support. |
