Belleville, ON | [DSL] AOL Broadband behaving like dialup  This issue is really frustrating me! It has been going on now for over a month and still I have no solution. My internet connection is so slow I am supposed to have 7000kbps but instead I have 100kbps according to various speed detection tools online. I have been on the phone with AOL MANY times and they keep insisting it is my problem. I have a clean install of Windows 7 my computer is working awesome. I have done everything that they have told me to do including resetting the server and power cycling the modem 100's of times. I do not use the AOL software because I like Firefox and I think the software is really slow. Anyways I have done and Line test on this site and here is the info.

can someone please give me some insight. I may be switching to a dry DSL setup through a different company if this continues. |
