Re: Partnership Broadband Unless you have no other choice for broadband service, DO NOT SIGN ON WITH PARTNERSHIP. The service is terrible. I am currently using it because it is the only option in my area. It was decent at first but I've had frequent problems with dropped service and I've rarely got the download speeds I'm paying for. As for customer service I think they only have one person answering calls so you will be on hold for at least 15 minutes, if that person is working that day at all. When you get someone they seem to not know what they're doing. |
