The problem is at & t and Verizon are still regulated by the Gov. and have to provide pot's service to everyone for 911. Where as cable company is not regulated to do that. The Gov. needs to put everybody on the same page. If cable company wants to provide dial tone ,then they need to play by the same rules. If att wants to get into the tv end , they need to play by the same rules. Until then, everybody cries foul!
