I'm using Callcentric also, for both inbound and outbound. They assigned me a DID(Phone Number) for my local area, and everyone can call it. I also have my family installing Express Talk softphones on their computers, and getting a SIP number from Callcentric(for free), to call me over the internet. It works flawlessly, and is easy to set up, even behind firewalls.
