Digis

Wow!
I did not know that?
But.......
I switched from Qwest to Digis when the 10 dollar promotion rolled out. I live is the SLC area and the installer told me the signal comes from the Wells Fargo Building.
Here's my take on Digis...
I have not had a problem as of yet. Had Digis installed in Early October and I have not had any down time since install. We use it on 3 computers in the home and online play with Xbox and PS3. We have a VOIP service also on it. I have not noticed any throttle back but our Qwest DSL was always slow and if it wasn't slow we had the fancy yellow blinking light telling us the internet was off and always had to reboot modem. I am happy with Digis but understand some may have issues. I recommend Digis and have to some of our neighbors which earns me free months from Digis.

Yes, but understand that watching Hulu, YoutubeHD, Netflix for over an hour, or possibly even 30 minutes will get you throttled, cutting your internet speed in HALF.

Also realize that the Xbox and PS3 hardly use any bandwidth. The only thing that matters on these systems is latency, which ironically I have been having extreme troubles with. It seems that the problem is localized to my area, and it shouldn't be an issue for you. But with latency like I am getting, you can say goodbye to VOIP and online gaming.

Oh, also watch out, because Digis loves to oversell their towers. The last tower we were on had something like over 200 users, while 200 is the limit, I believe. Our internet speeds were below the cheap subscription price, even though we are paying for the more expensive.

Thanks for the heads up I will pay attention to that.
I do understand that there are many more subscribers in Utah County than here in SLC. I just think not to many really know about Digis her in the city.
Plus they really don't push the service on TV ads or Radio like Comcast or Qwest just a couple billboards.
But like I said I am more satisfied with Digis then I was with Qwest.

What about Blue Zone? I heard that was really popular in Eagle Mountain?
