I noticed Teleblend is offering a DSL with free phone service promotion. It is 1.5 mbps download and 384 kbps upload for $29.99 a month. The interesting part is that it is an introductory price for 3 months that then goes up to $39.99 a month.
I went through the sign up process right up to submitting payment and the thing that really made me wonder was they never qualified the address etc for DSL. Seemed very odd to me.
