he has to be connected to wireless in his house or work. even living right beside the Verizon tower i can never get my ping to hit lower than 90 not consecutively anyway... also i live in a very rural area so not many people are using it...and i have never been over 2.5 mb but i do hold that download speed for the most part at 2.5 mb. |
