ok, but you completely missed the point. Should it be incumbent upon every single one of Verizon's 70+ million customers to call into customer support every month for a 1.99 credit for the "mystery" charge? Hell no.

If 70 million people called each month, I think VZW would start losing money from having to hire extra CSRs to handle the call volume. Now that you mention it, I actually kinda like that idea!
