Disappointing speed

The speed is "as advertised" but just barely. They say their download speeds are 400-700 and I usually get 400-something (or sometimes even below 400). Their upload speeds are supposed to be 100-200 and I usually get about 130.

I really wish I could find something faster that I could use on my laptop.
