Caller ID shows "out of area" "asterisk" or "sip"

Hi,
Just recently started to get numerous calls when my caller ID shows "out of area" and than either "sip" or "asterisk". When I pick up the phone -- there is no one on the other end. These calls come in batches of 10 or 15 or so and than may come either next day or any other day.
These calls are not shown in my call log when I login to my account on TB website, so I can not block them.
Is there any way to block these type of calls from coming thru?
Thanks

When I get these types of calls, I force a change of IP address by spoofing a mac address from one of the pcs on my network and the calls just go away.

Also, if that doesn't work, let me know and we can move your device to another port as well.

Sorry for my ignorance, but how do you do that?
Thanks.
