And as long as I'm paying that 60 cents anyways I might as well use my ISP to access it. |

Just because it's not an extra fee doesn't mean you're not paying for it.

You'll notice that QWEST is not on that list. When I try viewing while *NOT* logged in, it won't work. When I view after logging in it works just fine.
