The 360 requires certain ports be forwarded to it. Just like you can't have two machines with the same IP on the network, you also cannot forward the same ports to two separate devices doing different things(there's exceptions but a better protocol to handle that).
You need a router designed to do the advanced translation needed or a unique public IP for each.
