Still, electronics like the 360 should be as quite as most AV components...and it is not. PS3 is quiter than my Elite, but still noisy in relation to my AV rack (though my UPS will fire up a fan now and then).

Yes, that is correct. I noticed that the MW2 version is one of the Jasper units as I think most new Xbox's are. My PS3 is quieter than the Xbox also, but I am very impressed with the MW2 360.
