| Terrible service. I have been with Look communications since June 2003. in the past six years (before Telnet took over) I have had four or five outages and slowness of speed.
However Since October 2009: issues have been happenning every week, even my office VPN connection is dropped every 10 to 15 minutes.
Repeated calls to Telnet and Look are to no avail: They blame it on my router/on bell/ on a virus in my computer. I replaced the router with a brand new Linksys, and it is the same issue.
I take my laptop to my friend's house who has Rogers: every thing is superfast. I am stuck with Look/Telnet as I need a static ip.
Any other ISP's that could provide this service in the Whitby Oshawa area: and I will promptly switch.
