Saint Paul, MN | voice mail issues My voice mail is picking up with no rings. It was picking up 4 rings and that worked great for me. I have changed the setting on the setting page and that did not work. I deleted the voice mail box but when I did that the number was un-reachable so I had to re-create the voice mail box. It is still picking up after no rings.
I have put in a trouble ticket with TB but no answer after 2 days. I called CS and waited 15 minutes before they sent me to voice mail.
Does anyone have any ideas.

| Are you able to make outbound calls? Usually when voice mail immediately picks up, it means that your device is not registered and it just sends the call to Voice mail. If you have a ticket number, can you please send it to me?

Thank you I was not at the location but now that I am back I re-booted the divice and all is back to normal.
