Eh, I never said I was a console lover (that's a downright insult to some!). I have a 360 but most of my gaming is on my PC, just sometimes it's nice to be able to sit on a soft couch VS my compy chair.

I also understand why there are no prone, preventing glitches and dolphin jumping and all, but for recon players this is a serious problem. Otherwise it's worth the 31$ I payed at g2play.net using a coupon and some points. Wouldn't have paid 50$ though.

Ahhh they said that the server browser was just thrown together for the beta and was not even close to what it was going to be in the full version. This is the problem with developers releasing beta's to the public. People cant seem to understand that the beta is not the final version no matter how many times it is mentioned.

A beta is suppose to be about 90% identical to the final product, and is meant balance and correct bugs. I highly doubt they'll have made one that is radically different.

You are confused, I think: beta in software development means close to the final product in features, UI etc - everything except quality. Hence it's called BETA, not RELEASE CANDIDATE. -- said by bicker: Waaaa waaaa waaaa. You just want what you want and don't care to factor in what is right or true. Hits need to appear instantaneously, like TF2 or other real made for PC games. The browser screams of lazy console port. No way to filter results by Ping, name, player count, etc... this better change. I leveled to lvl9 and I have to admit it's a lot of fun, but vehicles are disgustingly overpowered. The Apache isn't as control-sensitive as BF2, you can't do the same things I did in BF2. I suppose jets will appear later, I hope they go better. Specialization unlocks are fun, but some are overpowered. My X12 M24 can really do damage from a distance, it's almost unfair. Though sniping is a lot more skill-oriented than in any COD games. It's a bit too arcade for my skills, but it was worth the price paid.

Nubstatus. killcam is a server option, it's left on for the beta. also, it's a hell of allot better then the one that COD has, at least you have to figure out where the person is based on their surroundings, instead of it showing where they shot from and where it hit you.
