I get like 33FPS with everything on high/1920x1080 1xAF/AA, HBOA? on, quad2.2, GTX260, 4GB memory, 7 64bit

I run it on medium and its pretty decent

Edit, Can't play currently since my character keeps moving in random directions automatically....
