 | reply to StudioTech I see dingbats with shorts tshirts no hat all the time in winter, it's like they don't have the brain power to figure out that winter = warm clothes. There are not people just going out for errands either, i see them in the fall, shorts, sandals, tshirt 40 degrees out.
