Re: ACA: New Stimulus Rules Are Not Fair, Balanced If the statement "The new round of bidding also sets aside $100 million for satellite broadband targeted at the same rural unserved areas ACA members target." is true they have a good argument. As for Joe Taxpayer at least this $7 Billion was part of the less than 15% of stimulus funds that may have been spent on infrastructure improvements and may have actually helped employ people in places other than the D. C. area and foreign countries. |
