Re: Still waiting... I agree... this 'would' be a great device, IMO, however, its too stripped down to be really useful besides basic browsing/iTunes/reading.
It needs:
- Flash (not likely, unless it had OS X)
- Multitasking (OS X like)
- Java
This is more of a niche/toy as is, made for the iTunes app store, but as a device, it just needs to be more flexible. |

I'm hearing rumblings that multitasking will actually show up when the device is released. Java and Flash, fat chance. Who uses Java anyway other than as a mobile app platform (Apple has the App store) or for a very few web apps? Flash is a bigger deal, but Apple is never going to let Flash in its current incarnation onto an iPhone OS product. |
