While agree that 250GB is too low for Comcast's D3 tiers (should be 500GB or so) you have to realize that Comcast does offer an uncapped business alternative for a few more bucks per month, and I for one would jump on 100/15 with a 250GB cap as long as it was priced reasonably, mostly for the upload speed. Which means that I'd pick FiOS 25/25 over XFinity 100 without blinking, but FiOS isn't within several hundred miles of me so 'tain't an option.
