Re: Still waiting... said by Matt:I know we discussed it before, but hold off. I'm on my 4th in 3 months and I'm about to call in again today and swap it for what will be my 5th. My opinion (based on personal experience) is that the Motorola is not doing proper QA on these things, as each one has a slightly different problem. If the 5th has issues, I'm going to run it up the flagpole and request they give me a Blackberry. Good gawd, don't get a BlackBerry. Their OS is horribly outdated. I'd stick with the Droid or, better yet, switch to the Nexus One when it comes to Verizon in a few months. It's been getting stellar reviews. I plan to ditch my iPhone once the Nexus One is released. I like the iPhone, but I've come to realize that AT&T is just too horrible in my area. Dropped calls, slow/non-existent data...bleh. It's a great iPod, though. -- One nation, under Zod! |
