Good news for all the slingbox owners

personally, I jailbroke my iPhone to allow this to work over 3G. But I'm glad to see it's now fully supported.

And just for the record, with a strong 3G signal, it worked fairly well.

What program did you use, if you don't mind me asking? I'd like to do the same, since I don't want to wait for apple/at&t to stop dragging their feet.

I used "blackrain" with "cydia" and "3G unrestrictor" to jailbreak mine for Slingplayer.

at the time it was a program called "tricker3g" but there are alternatives now. I'm not sure what the latest ones are but they are out there. Check youtube.

I'M so happy to see this feature coming to reality, Ive been waiting for this for years!

I was thinking about watching tv on my phone (windows phone at the time) Back when I got my slingbox solo about 4 years ago.
