I stream video from my home server all the time over Verizon without issue. It was AT&T that constantly skipped and buffered for me, even if I kicked the bitrate down to 250Kbps. |

| What programs are you using? I have used Androrb, LukLuk, and the NBA League Pass app, and they are very hit or miss, even when I am in a ~2Mbps area. |
