| RE: Nexus One on way to official faildom? Nexus One is failing because Google has the worst customer service organization in the known universe. They are just now starting to put together a rudimentary phone-based cust svc organization. But even their web based forum support system sucks. Basically, Google creates a lot of neat products, but if there is a problem you are on your own or have to depend on help from other users.
When they started selling hardware, they had nothing in place to support the buyers. |
