"Unlimited plan" that's kind of a bite

I have exactely the same experience with Inphonex. The reason for me to sign up with them was the so called "World Unlimited Plan". Now it turned to be limited and even very limited becuase they refuse to give a specific limit for you to work on. They insest that you have to upgrade for a business plan, where no more free calls overseas. At this point I found it worthless to continue and will stop using the service.

I wonder if we can sue them, as there is no contract.

technically there is a contract, as I have an email from them saying that you have signed on the terms with attaching the terms. and this is what it says:

I'll actually discuss this with my lawyer and see if I can sue them.

If you haven't reviewed them, please do, let the people know the truth!
