| Bad business. Although I wholeheartedly agree that what is posted on 4chan is a bunch of crap, and from what I hear often borders (or crosses that border) of what is legal....
.... I STRONGLY believe that ISP's should not be in the business of blocking any type of content for users.
At the very least an ISP should give you the CHOICE on their website, more or less like OpenDNS does.... giving the user a choice of completely unfiltered internet, and a variety of levels of blocking, from only moderate that blocks things like phishing sites, to extreme which blocks everything even slightly pornographic in nature.
In any case, users should get the CHOICE and not be forced in to what the ISP thinks is good for them.
