Random Raids....Now yes I know that Blizzard has said not at the moment and also there is a lock out problem.
I however think it a good Idea if done properly.
I would say no NEW Raid Instances or even current level cap raid intsances would be que-able.

So at level 80,you could not do Naxx or Ulduar or ICC...etc.
You would be able to do the lower level raids though.

Also I suspect the massive lag everyone has been experiencing is due to the massive farming effort for those Charms.I suspect that Blizzard nerfed the Drop rates and mobs because of this,not because people were face rolling them.

While it may work swell for those of you with lower latency.

Those like me with High Lag will suffer.

The npc's that you run over spawn in late and those you do kill do give the charms,but the others are barreling down on you.I have had them follow me all over the area before the aggro stopped.

I will try again....but this area never has been good to people with high latency.

Exactly, you must have the daily quest in your log to be able to mount up and run over the skellies. I tried to go back after turning in the daily, and everything was phased out. Also on the ICC killing for the Bracelet thing....Seems you MUST have the quest daily "At the enemy gates" to see those mounts and the Commaders and Boneguards.
