Not the ISPs business

ISPs aren't the police.

They have no right to enforce laws unless told to do so by and agency that does enforce laws. So the FBI, RCMP or whatever flavor of Federales you happen to have in a given country.

Should the authorities decide to block it due to their interpretation of the law, then the ISP should either comply or appeal.

In a legal, transparent process.

What's going on here is neither legal or transparent, some may perceive 4Chan as being tasteless, illegal, or whatever, no charges have been brought up against it.

I hope Verizon gets the taste of "Frontier Justice" it seems to be avidly persuing.
