Seriously though I think ISPs should provide a dumb pipe and that's it. I never go to chan4 and if they were to disappear I wouldn't mind based on the stuff I read about them. However if Verizon did this to protect their own network due to malicious traffic I think that's just fine. -- I speak for myself, not my employer.
