the OP is not is overreaching a bit and not familiar with the case. The guy got into trouble not because he just had some porn website up. He only got into trouble when he sent that porn through the mail to that area. Also this guys porn isn't exactly vanilla porn. Borders on "rape" porn. I still think the whole thing is stupid, but it's equally stupid to send porn through the mail to areas that have strict community standards. |
