Re: Partnership Broadband

I have partnership broadband, and honestly it sux. When it works I don't have any problems, but that only last a couple hours or so, sometimes I can go a whole day without it dropping the connection, and sometimes it will drop 3 or more times a day. There was one night it dropped about 6 times in 2 hours. Tech support is useless, they always say there isn't a problem on they're network, and they want me to call them when I have the dropped connection so they can test it, well that's fine but they're not open past 7P, so when I'm up all night and it goes down, who am I supposed to call. I would have gone with skybeam, they provide service in my area, only reason I didn't is that they don't offer any poles to get over the tree line, partnership did, I have a 10ft tripod with a 20ft pole, it cost me 150..if only skybeam would do that, they could expand they're customer base, I mean really, if your in a rural area your gonna have tree's to deal with, you need to provide solutions for that.

JD - If you like I could look into the situation and see what is available to you.

Skybeam, Thanks that would be helpful..like i said i have a 30ft pole now, so I'm sure i could get service through ya'll, my only thing is i have to pay a 250 cancellation fee, then another 250 for ya'll to install the equipment, plus the first month, i cant afford to do that, if there was a way for ya'll to waive the install fee like partnership did when i got they're service, then i could probably do it, also, how would ya'll perform a test using my pole without interrupting my current service
