Wasn't that the point of ISP's? To provide a connection to the Intarwibble? I think stable ISP's can go ahead and try to venture into other areas, but in the end, they should stick to the core functions and compete on speed/pricing of said dumb pipe. Frontier's priorities should be there and NOT imitating. That's like keeping up with the Jones', but you don't have any furniture in your house.
