| [FP] Foldy6b - New Foldy - Vote to Authorize Purchase Way back in December 2009, Gargoyle  made a generous offer to make a substantial contribution towards the purchase of a new Foldy Blade that he would agree to host and operate it.

The practice for almost all of the recent purchases has been to buy complete Dell 530 Inspiron systems, which included a windows operating system. I believe we need a formal vote. mattmag has asked me to get the process started.
The final specifications are to be worked out. Gargoyle has requested the system be windows based.
The actual price will depend on what deal can be found. Gargoyle 's offer was to contribute 1/2 of the purchase price, (maximum of $250) towards the price. There is in excess of $350 according to Sarah 's last report in the donation thread, making a total of $600 available for the purchase of a new system.
Since the "deals" come and go quickly, in order to make a purchase, the BOD needs pre-authorization to spend the money.
I hereby propose that the members: »DC Projects »Who are the members of the Foldinator Project? of the Foldinator Project vote to authorize the expenditure of up to $350 to be used along with Gargoyle 's contribution for the purchase of an additional Foldy Blade
