I had Bundle Lite for about 2 years. Half a year ago, I discovered that the internet speed was hovering about 150 kbps (500 kbps out of an advertised 1000 kbps at best of time). After many back and ofrth communications and testing, Primus confirmed that the slow speed was due to its network problem. However, to fix the problem I have to upgrade! The next bundle costs $73, which makes PRIMUS not competive. I have since left, which is one of the 3 options that PRIMUS gave me.
