The 7 Meg upload is the key element in this new service, not necessarily the download speed. If they offered a lower tier say 12 Meg down and 7 Meg up that too would be an instant hit. That would be my choice. Indeed. I dont need the nutty download at work. Especially if the price is high. I'd even be satisfied with a 10/5 setup, provided a static IP would be affordable as well.
